Brake Rotor search

I am hoping someone on this forum may know what British car has this size brake rotor.(see sizes below). Our RF 80 Van Diemen formula ford is said to use a stock british car brake rotor, possibly a Trimuph GT6.The main issue is the height of the “hat” which is much shorter at only ½ inch. Any help in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.
Current rotor dimension are
Hat height = .50”
Hat I.D. = 2.62”
Hat dia 5.45”
Worn rotor thickness .31”
Disc dia = 9.75”
Bolt circle = 4 X 3.75
Stud hole = 3/8”
I attach pictures of the rotor.

Well, this may or may not help, but it is definitely not an MGB or Lotus Elan part... Someone will come along and KNOW what it's from, certes.

CoryVan,
I searched using pcd 4.25" 4 stud plus 10"rotor and came up with some useful info when I went searching some time ago, but for a different application

It sounds like a Jag rear disc for cars with IRS. I do not have one handy to measure, but the description sounds close.

What you describe -- such as 9.75" diameter rotor and 3.75" PCD -- matches nicely with Triumph GT6 and Vitesse 2L. Possibly also Austin Marina (not sure, though, on that). Note that the 3.75" PCD is for the wheel studs on the hub; I'm not sure that the PCD is the same where these rotors bolt to the hub (and I've no manuals handy to me at the moment).

Lay the rotor on a table, measure through the
center hole, is it in the 28mm range??

I think I know what the rotor came off...

I have no idea where it came from then,
It looks a lot like a Capri Rotor, but the
height is all wrong...

That PCD is definitely GT6/Spit/Marina, as Andrew says. I know Lotus used those hubs and brakes on a bunch of cars in the 60s. That's where I'd start.

you might want to consider posting your question on the individual marque boards themselves. I'm not sure who all cruises through this board. They may stick to their own make.
