just got the engine out. No hydrualic issues...but there is not much left of the throw out bearing...it disingrated all over the inside of the bell housing.

now to yank the clutch, but that can wait until the AM...

Looks like i need to replace the motormounts, and the harmonic balancer is loose, so that has to come off...maybe i stab that Piper 245 in, hmmm...

detailed the engine today, 35 years of grime and goo came off in the process, i dont know what color it was originally, so i painted it red. i think it looks nice though.

....oh, my price was under their sale price by around $10 - but when you're in a rush, what's $10? you made the right choice if it was going to be an in & out in a day job...

i have to as it is my daily (though i am in the process of buying a '02 wrx wagon, but it wont be ready till the later part of the week)

i have expanded my plans to motor mounts and a few other odds and ends, but that is all (except the cam... /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/driving.gif)

i have one, but i NEED to save money so i can get my TD on the road for the Dixon show in May...so i am trying to save money for that (and yes it will be full of "and thens")
