BN1 ID Plate

Where in the footwell does the BN1 plastic ID plate go, and what kind of screws should be used - round head sheet metal? I've had this thing on a bookshelf for 30 years because it came with the car (but not attached), and someone told me it's important, don't lose it, but I've decided it's time it went on the car before I forget which shelf it's on! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazyeyes.gif

Goes on the left hand footwell up around the top door hinge, have got some measurements I can dig up, is it the plastic one?

Scrunched down into the footwell area and found the holes for the screws, slightly filled in with paint or putty. At first it looked like they were going uphill (rather disorienting when you're lying on your side, flashlight in one hand, ID card in the other, twisting your neck to get a level view and see if the holes match the card), but then realized from that perspective the angle of the door opening makes the holes look crooked. Once I find some tiny screws, it should fit.

Yes, it's the white plastic card about the size of a credit card.
