Ash wood work in a 61 Austin Princess

We are owners of a Austin Princess - Vanden plas 1961 4 litr
, it is a Limousine. Is simply amazing at the wood work in this car. we have owned it about 4 months now and I am researching for Photos of the actual Factory where it was built, would LOVE some assemle line photos, If anyone knows how to obtain this info. I already have the owners manual so to speak, on specs, engine and ect. But am more interested in the production of this and many other vehicles the co, assembled in its day. I have came across the Building pictures and One assemble line photo but it was of course a distance phote.
This is like a Mystery car all its own and would love suggestions, Links or anything i CAN GET.. I love this site it has been fun to read and learn. Oh and by the way this is a suprise for my husband who is everyday hard at work on the journey to finish this car.

I have a "Car Collector" magazine collection, can't remember the month or exact year of the issue, probably 1983 or around those years, which has a story about the Austin Princess. Yes, they were fabulously crafted chariots, tipical English craftsmanship (or is it craft-woman-ship?).

Too bad the British auto industry was killed by the British Leyland conglomerate in 1968. Only a few companies survived the genocide. What I always liked about the British car industry is that they were 10 or 15 years behind in design; In other words, they were producing 1940's cars in the 1950's, and 1950's cars in the 1960's. And in other words, you could get a vintage 1950's British car in the 1970's, which was only 10 years old since it was manufactured.
