Does anyone know if the AE piston and liner kit, part number AESA1710KR, 87 mm, comes with three rings or four rings?

FYI, in my How to Restore a TR3/3A book, the author, Roger Williams, recommends against using the pistons with 4 rings since they are Vanguard pistons/rings, not meant for higher powered Triumphs. Sorry, I do not know about AE pistons.
