What is your daily driver?

I think this was asked years ago, but I'm always curious to learn what kind of car or cars compliment the Healeys in our garages.

My current daily driver is a 2006 BMW 330i. I bought the car in September of 2005 and only have 62K miles on it. I have decided to keep it for at least two more years and I am currently doing a lot of elective maintenance such as shocks, struts, brakes, tires, and tie rods to get it all ready for the remainder of my ownership.

So what is your regular whip? Maybe it is the Healey? I remember when they were daily transportation as well.

I have a 2011 Subaru Impreza with 14,500 miles on it and my wife has a 2009 Subaru Forester with about 50,000 miles on it, as our daily drivers although I don't drive daily.
I try to drive my 60 Bugeye as much as I can. I probably drive the Bugeye as much as the Impreza. For the last few days it has been the Impreza because the temperatures have been around 100 degrees and I need a little air conditioning. I will take the Bugeye and gas it up for Sunday. I am going to be on local TV on Sunday morning along with others helping to promote a car show on Memorial Day that honors our people in Uniform.

My DD is a 2007 BMW 328xi. My wife's is a 2006 325xi. Since we're both retried they only have about 50k mi on them so we'll probably keep them another 6-10 years or so. Great cars. Our third and fourth BMWs.

2009 Nissan Murano, love it, very comfortable and smooth. Or whenever I can the MGB. The engine is currently out at the machine shop, so hopefully I will be back on the road with it in a few weeks. The family car is a 2014 Chrysler Town and Country 30th anniversary edition. Totally loaded, very comfortable. The wife loves the heated steering wheel!

My daily is a 1982 Porsche 928 (over 200,000 miles). Fun GT car. Family hauler is a 2006 Chrysler T & C Limited (66,000 miles). But today I drove the boss's 1964 Porsche 356 SC.

My commute car is a 2000 Honda Insight. It is averaging 61 MPG for the driving I do and I is an amazingly well designed and built vehicle. Even with the hybrid electric assisted acceleration it isn't what you'd call peppy. Makes me really appreciate driving the Healey for both the performance and the lack of any sort of electronic fuel flow read-out. I like the fact that when I'm driving on the freeway during the day in the BN2 the only electrical draw is for making spark (until i signal or brake).

Which ever one is easiest to get out of the garage.

Occasionally I enjoy the performance of the Mercedes 300E

A '92 Porsche 968 coupe with nearly 160,000 miles, plus a French Vitus bike, possibly the first successful aluminum-framed bike--not to mention a Pinarello and two De Rosas.

My daily driver is a 2013 BMW 550i twin turbo. Sometimes it can almost scare me as much as my Healey.

I drive a 2006 Nissan Titan Pick Up and my wife has a 2007 Nissan Altima Hybrid. I used to drive my 1960 BT7 as much as posible until this past February when I began the restoration. Hopefully it will be back on the road to celebrate my 52 anniversary of ownership in August 2015.
