I just purchased new ones from TRF and installed them myself. They will require some trimming. I used my old ones as a pattern. I have the two part windows with one sliding open. The stationary one can be trimmed using a box cutter. The metal part with the seal attached I used my dremel tool to cut off. The sliding window is much thicker and I used my dremel tool with the cut-off wheel to trim it. I then used a file to smooth the edges. I glued the stationary window to the vinyl on the front edge of the window using a clear drying glue.

Thanks to all for the responses. I had looked for them on TRF and only found a listing refencing the wedge type. Took another look and found them listed. Not sure what I missed the first time.

Ed, this was done with the side curtain intact. But the windows in mine were home made by a previous owner; who used a thicker plastic for all the windows. The hardest part was removing the old ones since they were brittle and didn't want to bend. They were badly scratched and one was broken. You could hardly see out of them. TRF has everything for a complete rebuild. I only replaced what really looked bad. It was much cheaper than having TRF do the installing.

They are stitched in at the front and ride in the channels at top and bottom. All you have to do is undo the stitches and slide it out.
Going back in any industrial sewing machine can do it. It has to be able to sew right through the plastic window...so a bit much for the wife's machine. I took mine to a local upholstery shop, who charged $20.
By the way, the design will always scratch. The rubber seal rubs against the soft plastic, so to keep them looking new plan on never sliding them open!
