Spitfire Spitfire Brake Rotor Removal

Hi All,
I am in the midst of a brake job and can not get the rotor separated from the hub. I have looked the manuals and no insight there. The existing rotor looks to have a collar which the replacement does not. Pics on link below:

Any suggestions?
