Got up to 25 Sunday here North of Boston. After two weeks of single digit temps & a blizzard that dumped 3' of snow it was nice to be able to work in the driveway. Since I don't winterize my TR250 I started it up, after 3 weeks of sitting & ran it up and down my driveway at speed to exercise the clutch & brakes.

Can't wait till spring! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/driving.gif

I organized a driving event out here in Olympia. It was raining, so I actually put the top on my TR3 for the first time (30 minutes with a hairdryer!)

It was nice to get out there and run a little, although I actually drove about 20 miles of winding roads (with about 70 other cars.)

Was it too tight to snap on, hence the hairdryer? Do you know the 2 tricks for fitting a tight top?
