Good grief! I saw that show and my wife had to hold me back from throwing something at the TV! The guys who did the show, IMHO, acted like they had never turned a wrench on a Mini before, barely knew what a front wheel drive car was, much less a 20 year old Mini, and when it came to driving their sad, /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/pukeface.gif pathetic creation on the track, OMG ! I don't think their repetitive bumbling attempts at "racing", as they call it, would pass in a standard, entry level driver's school.

Please excuse negative comments, as it is not in my nature, but a "BIG THUMBS DOWN" on this episode from me.

BTW, the cars were sold on eBay about a month after the show first aired. An interesting twist is that the cars were "too new" to be legally registered in CA.

I have a video tape that I copied if anybody wants to borrow it to copy.
