So far I've shimmed up the spring, picked the car up a bit, but it still leans. 180'd the spring, still leans to the same side. Took the car to a competent alignment shop. (very well regarded in the high-end local racing community) Here's what we discovered, the frame is square from the diff forward. If we picked the car up by the frame in the back, using the air lift on the rack, everything is looks good. No leans in front.The droop from wheels looked even. According to the equipment all 4 wheels are facing the same direction and withing specs. I remember reading somewhere that triumph used 3 different length axles, do you guys think I may have a mixed set? We measured them with a tape measure, both were the same length. The driver's side one does have junkyard writing on it. Needless to say, all 4 of us were scratching our heads. The dif. mounts look good.

Only two different lengths of axles, actually. Assuming original assemblies, the easy way to spot the difference is via the hydraulic brake lines. Older cars with shorter axles had a rubber brake hose directly to the wheel cylinder. Later cars (1973-on) with longer axles had the hose to a bracket on the brake backing plate; from there, a hard pipe goes to the wheel cylinder.

Of course, it's always possible that unknowing (or knowing but uncaring!) folks have swapped longer axles into older housings, praying that the hose would reach!

At the moment, I've no brilliant suggestions to make regarding the lean.

I'm going to swap everything out with another in the morning. I do have one other thought, maybe the passenger side shock is binding? I'll look there first.
