I think it was this weekend, if so, you had great weather; for a change.

Good for you.

Photos & report please..

Gary,
I've got a bunch of pictures I'm still working on and hope to get them posted later today. Basically it was 4 days of perfect weather (sunny & in the 60's & 70's) though it did get quite cold (upper 20's - lower 30's) at night. The field was dry :yesnod: as opposed to last year's mud pit and over 600 cars showed up!. I counted over 100 Triumphs with the TR6 leading the count at 35, followed by 22-TR2/3, 15-Spitfire/GT6, 14-TR7/8, 11-TR4/250 and 6 others. They even blocked off Main St Friday night to British cars only so it was a show within a show.

Here's a preview - one of my favorite cars which was actually driven up from Greenville, SC. Care to guess what it is?

Nice pic. I recall at one point Tom Shobby wanting to hook up a trailer
to his 6. Wanting to travel a bit after retirement.

Come to think of it, I haven't heard much from Tom. Hope all is well.

Wish I had made it this year...just finishing up my car. I seem to also go during the rainy years. Maybe I should just have them pay me to stay home.
Look forward to the pictures.

Same here, last year was a mudpit. So we opted to do something else instead this year and the weather was great. Last time before that we went, also rained.

Peter......the Stowe organizers had made arrangements to use the paved parking lot at the new Mountain Lodge in case of rain.

I just updated my site with 6 pages of pictures. I had to break it up so that they would load quickly on slower connections. Here they are:

thanks for sharing the pics, I've been looking forward to see yet again what I missed .....(lol,guess early September car shows 3hrs from home just aren't meant for me??)

Some of those Singer guys are from 'round this area, and they are quite the show men! Evry year they "wow' us with their set-ups at the local shows. Definately an interesting bunch, with quite the bit of passion for their cars.
