That car was advertised last fall. It's actually missing quite a few pieces of sheet metal and parts, if you look at a picture of a restored 1800.

...and it's already well modified, given that "dual carb" engine, which looks suspiciously like a TR engine to me. A true 1800 would've had an earlier Standard engine, not a Vanguard or Vanguard-derived engine.

Where would one begin to look for what's missing???

Where else, but me,

Bumpers $1200
Wrong motor and transmission
Fenders (fiber glass $800 each)
Hood irons $400
Hood $750
Rear light fixture (good luck)
Hub caps $275
Complete bonnet $2000
Seats and doors, carpet $2000
No dash, major bucks.

I do like what's there, I would make a restro-mod, V8, maybe set it on a Mustang II frame, Seems a shame, but I know what it would take to even come close too putting it back.
A Mr. Bufferfield should be able to get most parts, but the shipping from England might be rather high. The small parts could turn out to be impossible to find, and there are alot of them.
