Aloha All,
I recently rebuilt the hydraulics on my car, '58 TR3A comm # TS28418E. When I disassembled the clutch slave I didn't sketch how it was mountedand am now having trouble adjusting the clutch. Do the two mounting brackets on the slave cylinder go on the front of the bell housing bracket or on the rear side? Which hole on the cluch operating lever does the push rod fork attach, bottom or middle?
Haynes manual illustrations show the clutch slave mounting to the rear for TR3 and in the front for TR4 but I could find anything in the text regarding the postion. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Safety Fast,
Dave
