Ok, since money *is* an object, and yet we all still seem to accumulate LBCs, what will your next one likely be?

For me, it will probably be an MGC roadster or a GT6+. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/england.gif

Lotus Europa TC '73+

I'm currently looking for one needing a light to moderate restoration.

Someone please talk me out of this.....

Check out my sig. After the TR8, I once again swore never again to wander into the vortex of LBC's. But some POS LBC is going to come along and I'll end up taking home another lost puppy. Somebody help me!

(OK, MGA Twin Cam)

I'd like another TR4. ...something that I could make into a race car.

If not that, then a TVR

I don't have the garage space or money for another LBC but if I did, I'd love to have one or more of the following:

GT6 (really starting to growing on me)
TR4
Mini

Those are three cars that I could possibly hope to afford one day. If I had more funds, I'd love an AH 3000, but that's never gonna happen. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif

My next LBC? After I finish my TR3, will be my Healey 100.
Doesn't totally qualify since I already own it, but the cost to restore will be more than a couple TR6's. So, it kinda qualifies.
TVR's have alway been intriquing.

I'd like a GT6, a Lotus 6 or a Bugeye to turn into a vintage racecar.

First of all though I'd like the one I have to run for more than 5 miles without something breaking or falling off...

I'd like a TR3. In fact, I'd be willing to trade my TR6 for one.

Any takers?

I've enjoyed life with a '60's and late '70's Spitfire, a '60's Midget, a '60's MGB and a late MGB, and now a Triumph TR-7 Spider. I'm thoroughly infatuated with the Spider, but recently I saw an MG Midget for sale. It's a shed but I'm interested in going that route again. On the other hand, I just saw notice of an early TR-7 FHC for sale. What a great winter car - it would save my 100,000 mile + Spider for a longer life.

Unless a Bugeye comes along - that would be top on my list.

NO intention of having a "next LBC", but...
perhaps a Lotus Europa (don't know why I like these, but they are somehow strangely appealing).
Or an early Jag XJ6 (cool luxobarge with lots of style).

I've wanted an MG 1100 sedan ever since I got a Matchbox model of one back in the late '60s. Now there's a sexy car!

I'll pick up any orphan LBC that comes my way - no discrimination here! So it's pretty much all the luck of the draw. I'd like an MGB GT within the next year or so as a winter car for my son who will be commuting to university. I seem to have good luck with cars when I am " not looking"...as soon as I start looking for something in particular it becomes alot harder to get a good deal.
