I know what am I doing here? Question, I see all you guys going raceing but none of it is in the SE. What's with that. Oh I see Atlanta but how about Fla, Ala, and Miss??

Heck, you could sell yer house & buy a whole city block up here, as well as a fleet of fix-r-uppers.
