/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif H'OK, I go down to the local Pull-N-Save today. The set a '69 Spit out there and I have a buddy itchin' for parts...(yeah, the @#$%$%$# is rust free too! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/nonod.gif ) Anywhoo, we were talkin' to the dude in charge about buying the tub before they scrapped it when he say's, "I've got Jensen Healey that just came in if you want a real hotrod..." I bought my GRM Challenge Mustang(callender Oct. '06 /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/lol.gif ) from them about 5 years ago so,they treat me allright. So I go out and have a look. 100% complete car(minus an air cleaner) Body solid and other than a crappy paint job,(ugly white, white top, wife hates white cars more than Spitfires in general) in good shape. 57k on the clock. No rust. Interior dirty, the dash has a couple of cracks, and the d-seat is starting to fall apart. The motor is free, and the t-belt looks good. Needless to say, a deal was struck. Bad thing, a title may not be attainable. Originally, I didn't care, but we flat towed it 50 miles, and I kinda like it... I'm sure that can be fixed. So what do expect from one of these? I know nothing about them. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/devilgrin.gif
