What size or group size battery is stock for an XK140? Mac

The Lucas code # for the battery is 4011607/F-GTW.11A/2, but I wasn't able to find the dimensions, despite a lengthy search on the internet.

Interstate Batteries has a new battery concept, they call it the OPTIMA YELLOW TOP. It is designed for classic cars that don't get driven everyday, and are mostly in storage.
This battery was recommended to me by Mike Martinez of Star Auto Electric in Calif. He rebuilds Lucas Generators and Alternators. I have taken the liberty to include his comments:

Well Exotexs, Interstate figured they couldn't beat em so I guess they joined them. Actually Optima has had their batteries on the market for a number of years now.
