re: Spin-on oil filter adapters
does anyone have any experience with those Spin-on Oil filter adapters that replace the Canister-type oil filter assemblies in the old XK engines? The canister-type in my '65 S type is very messy and difficult to get the seal in place; For quick and easy filter changes, I would prefer a spin-on oil filter, as in my 1984 XJ-6.
But I have heard that these adapters create problems, such as oil flow is not adecuate or something like that.
I will appreciate your opinions. Ex
