Just saw a very nice MGC-GT imported from France (in a local shop). Nice V-8 in it and very tidy.
In the engine-bay is a smallish cubical metal thing that is part of the intake manifold assembly. It has what I think is an output line that runs to a "T" where the line splits to go into the radiator and the coolant overflow container. Is this some sort of "air-burping" thing?
It couldn't be sending fluid TO the intake area, but it could be sending it to the coolant system (though surely not any significant amount).

I put a pink line over the tubing in this attached photo (and outlined the cubical thingy).
