Over Thanksgiving holiday I installed an auxiliary fuse box and wired up headlights and driving lights to relays. Now the loads are off the switches and Lights have brighten-up substantially!

For easy fitment a marine-grade battery mount fuse box (Blue Sea Systems ST Blade ATO/ATC Fuse Block), purchased from Amazon, was bolted directly to the starter solenoid lug in the engine compartment. Then routed 10G wire to power the lights through relays. Three additional circuits are open to power some other discreet accessories (12V socket and USBs).

The work follows a Dynamator / alternator conversion which is a common DYI but for me it was an opportunity to learn and apply something new. I feel much more confident working on electrics. :encouragement:
