How come we have forums for so many Marks (incl. Sunbeam) but none for Morgans? Are there that few of them? Is there no interest? Are they too British? Just wondering!

This very question was asked some time ago, I believe by me in fact, and the consensus was that whilst it would be very nice to have, there wouldn't be enough activity to justify the bandwidth that it would require. Or something along those lines. Maybe times have changed, do we have any Morgan owners/enthusiasts? I for one would welcome it.

I add new forums from time to time as the level of activity for a certain marque becomes such that a separate forum is warrented. That's how the Sunbeam forum was added and more recently, the Rover forum. The trick is figuring out when there is enough interest such that the new forum would have sufficient activity. Been keeping my eye on the TVR and Morgan folks here /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif

(And one of the biggest Morgan dealers in the country has a banner ad here)

Well if we have a Morgan specific board then we also need a Singer specific board /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Where does it stop ?

Having grown up with Morgans, MGs, Healeys, Lotae (is this the right plural?) & Jags since I was a tad, I was just a little curious, wondering if we had any Morganites hiding out there? I did not mean to imply that there should be a board! I agree, where would it end? Hillman, Humber, Alvis, Vauxhall, HRG, Invicta, Jowett, Marcos and the marks go on and on? Actually makes one think... God bless the prolific LBC industry, large and small. I guess if your here you know and love their foibles.

Just wondering whether the numbers of cars made/imported into the US has any correlation with the numbers of participants in the fora?

Does small but enthusiastic matter?

James I would think that a small but enthusiastic band would fit Bas's [ QUOTE ]

Hope I am not speaking out of turn on this Basil
