Lube points on BN/BT7 front end

I would appreciate it if someone would please enumerate the lube points (zerk fittings) found on the front suspension and steering on a BN/BT7.
    Thanks in advance.

If the side rods have been replaced in the last couple decades they likely won't have Zerks (sadly).
