Look at that pickup. Just tack flat sheets of sheetmetal together and call it good, eh?

Maybe it's designed to hold the heat inside when the batteries catch fire.

That's actually fairly impressive glass; it sounds like what they threw at it was basically a shot put and it didn't enter the cabin. As for the design, now that is embarrassing. It indeed looks like something I designed back in grade school after watching Thunderdome.
