Long story short. I was once offered a job playing piano in a pub on Nantucket after Labor Day. Regular player was quitting. Had to turn it down to go finish law school. I never could play decent boogie woogie though like this guy. 55 years later - I still can't. I do have a gig tonight - playing ukulele in a pub in Westport with my group. Gotta run now.
