yeah. pictures are key. i try to post a couple when starting a thread, even if it is just of the car, not the specific problem.

Don't be afraid to tell us more about your problem. Once I asked for help on this forum and people helped me. I had a problem with the car I was driving my clients in. I was working in Taxi services at Fort Lauderdale Airport and broke down the firm's car. This company is highly respected, so I didn't want to let them down and decided to handle the problem myself. The car had a strong engine knocking, and it was very difficult to gain speed. On this forum guys advised me a good service, where all was fixed inexpensively. Don't be afraid to talk about your problem.
