First, welcome to British Car Forum! If you are an enthusiast of little British cars (or even big British cars), we hope you will find the BCF a friendly, fun and informative place to hang out. As you probably noticed when you first registered and logged in, we have a little man (we call him Bob, as in "Bob's your uncle" who appears on the screen and encourages you to participate in the forums. Once you make one post, Bob will disappear forever. We recommend (ask, plead, encourage, appeal, request, beseech) that you start your journey on BCF with a brief introduction in our "New Member Introduction" forum (the forum you're in now if you're reading this). Please note that we don't "demand or require" that you share anything you are not comfortable sharing. Heck we don't even care if you don't use your real name - we’d just like to get to know new members a little bit as it relates to our shared love of these little (some big) cars. This "New Member Introduction" forum is relatively new here and was the idea of one of our members as a way to encourage folks who usually just lurk to jump in and participate.

Think of BCF as an on-line British car club. When you first attend a British car club in real life, it's likely you would introduce yourself to the group, or someone else would introduce you.

With that said - we encourage you to start a new topic in this forum (not a reply to this topic) and tell us a little about yourself (no need to include your bank account number or SSN :highly_amused: )

Regards,
Basil
