Just returned from Triumphest 2019 Committee Meeting 8/3/19 after business handled Chairperson asked were there any grips questions etc happen to be 2nd in line. Stood up kicked it off with as it's a Historic Milestone in TRIUMPH History that TR6 as a Marque is celebrating it's 50th birthday with that said All TRIUMPH Drive In 2019 British Columbia has TR6 featured program/badges on Ts Trials St Louis of course honoring TR6 even Central Coast British Car Club All British Meet featured TR6
Sporting CCBCC event T-shirt with standard size circular club badge on front and full screen Union Jack TR6 decal with British Racing Green TR6 on the back wording 50 Years of Triumph TR6 turned my back to them to see/read while saying even an All British event showed TR6 props my question Is there any consideration from the committee of the Largest gathering of TRIUMPH on the West Coast be it regalia, in the program acknowledging 50th Birthday of TR6 response No we didn't as it wasn't brought up, my response really not even a simple sentence like Happy 50th Birthday TR6 in the yet to be printed Official Program as I took my seat stated again it's a TRIUMPH read the press the most popular TRIUMPH ever built and a large contributor as far as showing up to drives, cash flow due to numbers at any event so not even a sentence Happy 50th Birthday TR6 someone said you really like TR6 my response absolutely owned the same one over 40 years
After brief discussion among group it was decided there will be a write up/acknowledgement added to the official program hopefully they won't drop the ball again and we will see/read this acknowledgement. Most important as stated earlier Matters Not let's do what we do Show Up Strong should your finances or life get's in the way and you can't attend the 3 day Triumphest 2019 party make it there Saturday 7/14 register for carshow only, you owe it to you & your TR6 to see & be a part of a record number in one spot of the most popular Triumph ever built TR6

Committee proposals 1) Reserved Parking Spot: Your registration number will serve as your personal/designated spot for the event no driving up/down isle looking for a spot 2) Entrants will be parked by marque ex: TR6/TR250 TR2/3 TR4 TR7/8 Stag Herald/Sedans Pre-War (4)
