WHAT A DAY - Part II

As I was driving through Stuart,Virginia,I kept thinking to myself
that there was something there that I read about. For some reason,I de-
cided to take a turn,& noticed a sign for the Wood Brothers Museum.
The newer stuff didn't do much for me,but the older cars were cool.
I was told that the '71 Mercury was the actual car that David Pearson drove-
probably the most famous of their cars.
I was also impressed that it was free to visit.

I'm the same way,but I do love the older ones, which
were based on cars out of the showroom.
I haven't ever seen a V8,rear wheel drive Taurus at
a Ford dealer.
