TR6 Carburetor Throttle Linkage

I am putting the engine back together and am at the point of installing the Carbs and linkage and can’t find a definitive view of how to put all the bits back together.

Additionally I can’t seem to source the washer with the 2 tabs that lock the front nut in place. The rear one I found at TRF but can’t get the front. I may have to use the old one? Seems like a critical part.

The rear carb doesn't use that 'lock tab' washer. It's an internal tooth lockwasher.
The locking tab washer is used on the front carb's throttle shaft's 'extension nut'.
I'm not exactly sure what you're calling linkage though.
Would that be the mechanism that transfers motion from the accelerator shaft to the throttle shafts or the linkage that connects the throttle shafts to one another ?
If the former, better post the year because there are 2 versions.

Linkage being the bits that connect the front carb to the rear... I orders a locking tab and it fits the rear carb spindle not the front.
I’ve laid out the bits in the order I think they go.
top to bottom is rear to front

If you look in the TRF 'blue' catalog at Plates AU thru BB you'll see that the locking tab washer is "ONLY" for the front carb's extension nut and the rear carb "ONLY" has a "shakeproof" washer which is an internal tooth lock washer.. The word "ONLY" comes directly from the part description in the catalog....making me wonder what's going on with your parts.
Anyway...here's a picture of the throttle shaft couplings

Triple checked the trf part number and it is correct but is too small for the front throttle shaft but fits the rear piece that connects the linkage to the shafts. TRF lumps it in with something called ‘sounds couple assembly. That’s where the tabbed washer I got fits. Weird.

Something is 'weird'..either on TRF's end or on your end.
This is how it's supposed to be:

You will have to imagine there are carbs on the throttle shafts...The throttle shaft for the rear carb is much longer than the throttle shaft for the front carb...there is no extended nut on the rear carbs' throttle shafts
