Yes it does,& they face forwards.It'll also tow my car trailer.
It has a really good towing capacity,& is a size between a small
& full size truck.You also sit about 1-1/2 feet lower than the F150.

It is,but makes it hard to judge distance
when parking/backing up.

I had another Dakota ('94) with a canopy.
When I parked it,I thought I was right in front of
the vehicle behind me.When I looked,I still had
about 5 feet of space between the two.
You'll often see damage on the right rear bumper
of pickups with canopies due to misjudging.
