The car is a late BJ8 with 165 radial tyres on bolt on wheels.
I was running it with pressures of 25 front and 27 rear and had scuttle shake at about 55 mph, the steering also reacted badly to potholes in the road surface,we get a lot of them here in the UK!!
Hitting such a hole would send quite a shudder through the steering , its got a recent Denis Welch steering box and I think all the steering joints are good ,
I recently increased the pressures to 27 front and 29 rear and both issues seemed much improved.
Any thoughts?
