My 1962 TR4 squeaks terribly once the car has warmed up. The squeaking seems to be coming from the right rear.
The entire rear suspension has been either changed or cleaned up or oiled.
As it's difficult to establish where the squeaking is coming from, I've also noticed that some of the rubber chassis mounting could do with replacing.
I also cannot see if there is a rubber strip still on the middle part of the chassis.
My questions are:
1: Any idea what brings about this horrible squeaking? As I said, it only happens when the car has run for about 1/2 hour and the roads are dry
2: Is there an easy way to change the rubber chassis mountings without having to lift the body off?
Looking forward to any advice
