Outlook email printing problem.

I just upgraded my computer, my new one has windows 10. I have downloaded the latest Office (I get an education discount). I have setup a shortcut to my employee outlook email, and also one for my private email.

I have no problem printing from my work email, but when I try to print from my private email, things are messed up. I get about 2 truncated lines before it goes to a new sheet of paper. I have tried a lot of things, but no success.

Any tips?

Thanks.

I've never used Outlook (thank heaven). But sounds like you use it both at home and at work. I'm assuming your Outlook printing problem is only when you're at home, not at work. And that your Outlook printing problem at home didn't exist before you moved up to Win10 and installed the latest Outlook?

Might be a good time to ask your tech support at work about the problem.

I wonder if the problem stems from how each email is formatted. Could you have the work email setup as plain text and the private as HTML?
