    Memories

Wondering about my old 1960 TR3A. It was painted orange by a 14 year old (me)
When I sold it, the lady who bought it called me back crying. "It won't stop running in the driveway."
She told me that a gas station attendant had told her that the nuts were loose on the bottom of the carburetor so he tightened them up.
I drove over and retuned her carbs and that was the last I saw the car.

    Anyone seen it ?

Sold it in 1975. It could be a pile of rust by now.

    Speaking of memories...
Had a beautiful drive last night in the cool California evening. She was feeling good and havin' a lot of fun. (3's are all she's). And who needs brakes anyway. Just a little soft.
I've got brake lights, turn signals and running lights. No headlights or windshield wipers, so there's my next job.

I got a lot of comments and thumbs up from kids. The next generation seems to have an appreciation for these cars.

Sometimes they are a little shaky on the ID for the TR3s?

That a Miata? was the question at one store.
