    Dinsdale,
I'm moving your post to our "Austin Healey" forum where you are more likely to get replies. I'll put a "Redirect" post in the New Members forum." The forum you posted in is for introducing yourself (teling us about yourself and your love of British cars, etc). If you're reading this, you are now in the Austin Healey forum.

You can still go back to the "New Member Introductions" forum and make a post to tell us about yourself a bit.

    Cheers, Basil

Mine are the ones made by Kilmartin. https://www.kas-kilmartin.com.au/Austin%20Healey.htm

When installing, make sure you miss the inner fender.

Also have a look a look at AH Spares, but Kilmartin certainly seems like a better idea for your location.
Basil: thanks for helping us all out by keeping an eye on things and re-directing as most appropriate.
All: anyone have hard data on how effective the fender vents are for cooling? "Donald stole the idea form Mercedes-Benz and used them so they must be good" is true, but just curious as to how true.
    Thanks, Doug

Ferraris, Corvettes - many sports cars used the side vents after the 300SL.

A bulkhead around the radiator, sealing off the engine compartment from the area in front of the radiator a la MGB - that would have been a good thing.

John, is there a way to search the Kilmartin web site for the part we want without scrolling thru every piece they make? Or am I just missing it. I could build a whole AH frame before I find a single part I need on that web site.
Thanks. Pardon my venting, that site has frustrated me before.
    About TV Shows-

I can see why you are frustrated. I couldn't find the vents when I went to the site for a link.

Just now, I got this page, https://www.kas-kilmartin.com.au/KAS...escription.htm, which is the list. At the top it says:

"Try holding down the Control key (Command ⌘ key for Mac) and pressing the F key. This will bring up a search box near the top or the bottom of the window
You can then enter the Description, Part Number or Part Name you are looking for."

BTW, the steel rally vents are AH275, the aluminum ones are AH275A.

WOW, the Kilmartin site looks like it is right out of 1997.

Yea, it’s hard to navigate through their site. I also contacted them a few months ago to order some parts and never received a response.

Contact British Car Specialists in Stockton, CA. They carry their parts.
