    2018 Mille Miglia 100-S

Here's a nice ride along for most of us who'll never partake in this world famous event.

Great car, great drive, great weather. So, do cigarette burns on the seats or carpets add to the patina? Thanks for posting.

Thanks Dougie, I always love to follow stories of some of the overland rallies that are being carried on even today. One such is the Peking to Paris rally done by the Endurance Rally Assoc. So attached is a blog by a couple of fellows in Australia who are preparing their AH 100 for the 2019 P2P.

    About TV Shows-
"...you really can't restore a car in 10 days. I don't want to watch a race where people have to restore it in a week. It's not going to drive, and those cars never work. In real life, it takes years to get it right. " Jay Leno.

No worries. None of those cigarettes were actually lit. They were just props to give the crew that devil-may-care look.

And to think, for a tiny (very tiny) fraction of the cost of the Mille Miglia you can do the Lewis & Clark Classic Rally! Be sure to bring your stage-prop cigarettes.
