I thought this is the kind of question that should be part of the "Restoration" forum but when I have posted there I have been told to post in our Spridget Forum so here goes:
I'm starting to work on the engine (1098) and transmission and want to know if there is a "rule of thumb" concerning which bolts and/or nuts should one use a thread locker and which an anti-seize product? I understand that bolts you imagine you will be removing in the future may need some anti-seize and those you want to be more sure will not work their way out might need thread locker but... any guidance on this subject?
