While I don't plan needing (or wanting ) to listen to music in my newly rebuilt Daimler SP250 (with the purr of its newly rebuilt engine) I thought I would plan for the future and run wires in case I decide I want to in the future.... Only thing I'm concerned about is that I elected to keep the Dynamo/generator in lieu of opting for an alternator as I like originality. Any thoughts or experience in the max power I can use (or how to,figure it).

What's the make/model of the generator?
That will determine the output - but remember the sound system is going to draw from the battery, so you may need an uprated battery too. (And of course, a "spark" noise filter.)
Side note: the 1939 Ford was known for having one of the best car radios at the time. But the radio would completely discharge the battery within two hours, if the engine weren't running.
