Water Coming Out of Exhaust at Start-up

I have owned my 1956, BN2 for 5 years but don't ever remember water spitting out of exhaust at start-up in the morning and for few minutes after then seems to be dry. When it set for a week it looked like a tablespoon of clear water with no smell or taste. No white smoke anytime but still wonder if I have a blown head gasket or something else wrong. The engine has a recent professional rebuild with a MLS head gasket. A couple of those starts were humid days but not all. I am hoping for condensation collecting over night but I maybe dreaming. Any ideas? Thanks Marty
