I have a problem. To start. I installed a tourist trophy exhaust on my 1960 bt7. The muffler was extremely loud so I was going to take it off to return it to moss. I su
hut the car off, it was running fine, just exhaust was loud. I thought I would restart it and when I did, started but coughing and sputtering can thought it might be a plugged exhaust. Took it off, returned to moss, got a new muffler from the UK, installed it, got the same no start result. Thought it might be fuel related. The fuel line was pinched where it runs under the frame. Fixed it. Checked fuel flow to the carbs and into the bowls. Still the same. This is a case of running one minute then not the next. I am baffled. Any ideas I get spark. I cleaned the fuel lines and will put it back on today.
