Please identify these bullet mirrors - Need base and gasket

In final stages of 64 BJ8 restoration and these bullet mirrors came with the car but were not mounted when I purchased the car many years ago. There are the mounting holes in the fenders and I would like to use them.

Problem is I have two mirrors but only one mounting base and one gasket. There is no brand name identification on any of the pieces. The only identification is three stars on the base and inside the mirror body. No name however. Look at the first photo and you can see the three stars (a logo?) on the base between the 4 and 5 inch mark on the bottom leg of the base.

Can anyone identity the manufacturer? Does anyone might have a base and/or gasket? I suppose I could make a base, but making a rubber gasket that has the lip that forms around the mirror base is not possible. I could just cut a thin sheet of rubber and make a base, but it would not have a lip and would not look right.

Any ideas on how to make a gasket?

Hope someone knows these and provides a source for the parts.

Thanks

The versimold stuff looks pretty interesting. I thank HealeyRick for the info. The three stars could indeed be a logo, but the stars on the Porsche mirror look different than those on mine. Could be the same however. The bullet mirrors are very well made and look terrific. If I do use I might want to get the bullet part re-chromed as there is some minor pitting. Sure would like to find a ready made gasket.

Thanks

Since most British sports cars of the period didn't come from the factory with outside mirrors they could be practically anything from what the dealer stocked to something a prior owner got from a parts store or JC Whitney type catalog operation. I think you may be as well off, in time terms at least, to cut and tap a mounting bracket from say 1/8" bar stock and a gasket either from the molding info or flat rubber stock.

You have one base, maybe it's possible to make a 3D print of a new one and have it chrome plated?

The mirrors are complete, what I need is the rubber gasket and the mounting bracket, I'm calling the base which is the pot metal piece in the photo. I think I can make a bracket, but will have to end up making a gasket unless someone magically happens to have one!

Thanks and perhaps one will show up.
