Hey, Kev -
Having done one on a '69, I can tell you that it's not that bad. The rubber bumper Bs are easier, as the firewall has more room, motor mounts are different, and the radiator location...
And interestingly, the first of the body style of the later models, the SP 310 (1500 cc, I think), which closely resembles the MGB, debuted before the MGB!
Found a picture of mine:

Well, Alon, it certainly sounds like you've got your hands full! And you have the priorities right with your list. I think you're on the right track by starting from scratch with the wiring, as it...
We can always count on you, Elliot...

I had a '69 2000 back around 1980 - great car! The overhead cam is fairly rev happy, and the five speed is a nice addition. And they were very successful in SCCA racing - I think Bob...
Looks like a '68 Torino to me.
Paul -
Very familiar with the area. Grandmother lived in San Antone (proper pronunciation... :jester:) and aunt and uncle in Comfort. Spent many vacations in the late fifties/early sixties at...
Two things: I haven't seen the movie yet, and am looking forward to it. Please, no spoilers!
And again, it's a MOVIE... best you can say is that it's fact-based - albeit loosely, perhaps - and...

Welcome, Paul, from Townsend!
Nice Healey - I noticed the setting for your pictures and the plates on the car. Are you a Texas transplant?
Welcome, Alon - great story!
So, where are you hiding this little gem 'til you get things sorted out?
The '72 is a great choice, and I see the elusive grill trim for the hood is there - don't...

Don't know. I do know that there aren't many manual transmission units out there, no doubt due to most folks not wanting them. That can affect pricing both ways...
We got lucky with this one. ...
Xterras are great trucks! Mine's a '13 model S with manual transmission so we can tow it behind the motorhome. Very capable 4-by-4s with an active following. Pity Nissan dropped it a few years ago.
But all they get is a shrubbery!
By the way, how's the GMC motorhome coming along? We're thinking about making a trip across Canada next year - interested in joining us?

It did have okra, too, right?
Got that right! Had homemade oat bread and a couple of Shiner Bocks to go with it.
Crawfish chowder to go with the LSU game last night.
Hey, Greg -
Mickey Richaud, in Townsend here; welcome to the BCF!
If you aren't already aware, there's a great local club, Blount British Car Club, headquartered in Maryville. We'll be meeting...
We have a 30' motor home and love it! Great to have your own bed, linens, kitchen and bathroom, and setup is a breeze. It levels itself hydraulically, and the only hookups I have are electricity,...
Well, I thought so...
Great game, at any rate!
