  3. Re: Side window question for early Longbridge BN4

I also have a BN4 (349**). My sidescreens are like the first photo, except they are re-anodized and the arms are re-chromed. Only the front perspex slides, not both pieces. They do not have the ...

Re: Austin-Healey 100M auction on BAT!

The "M" badge was standard on a 100M. I believe reproductions are available. Yes, they are held on by 2 wires, and are not easy to make straight.

Re: The Larry Wilson Collection - 100-S

    Re: Paperless!

    Wait! I resemble that remark!

Actually, I do my banking, bill paying and ordering online. Wife prefers paper, checks, and calling on the phone. I have fewer problems. YMMV.

This https://www.nps.gov/ocmu/learn/historyculture/upload/SB25-Civilian-Conservation.doc seems to indicate it was started by the CCC and finished after WWII.

    Re: Expanding the skill set

The Subaru starter is located similarly, although the engine is a flat 6, and I don't think it was that hard to replace.

When I went to school, many, many years ago, only the girls were taught how to cook. The boys were taught wood shop.

    Re: Front sway bar mounting?

The all came with anti-sway bars standard. The mounds often die because of slamming into curbs when parking. The factory rally cars had guards for the mounts.

  23. Re: Front Shroud Differences: 3000 vs. BJ8

You're correct, the shroud is different in the windshield area. The defroster vents are about 6" forward (I recall) in the convertible shroud. A club member of ours found his had been pieced there...

    Re: Rebuilding roadster windshield

The ones I got from Moss didn't fit either. I was able to reuse the old ones. I was using new glass, so the sealing rubber fit.
