    Re: Paperless!

Where I work they went direct deposit probably close to 30 years ago. Didn't give us an option, it was either that or don't get paid/move on. I can verify the deposit by checking the HR website at...

    Re: DNA tests

I haven't used on, but my youngest brother did a couple years ago now. To setup the story, my father was adopted back in the early 1930s. While we knew who the birth mother was, a blood relative,...

    Re: things change

Not to mention for Robin, who only got a preprinted card at Christmas for a couple years and the promise, "we'll get together to get bad guys one of these days".

    Re: Electric car owners?

OK. So first things I wondered with compressing air are, how does it handlr the heating/cooling of the air as it is compressed/decompressed?? And, particularly in summer, how do they handle the...

  19. Re: Interesting video on bearings by a guy that rebuilds gearboxes.

We get the phrase "better, faster, cheaper" all the time. Being in the software development and maintenance business the bean counters don't want to understand that two of the three are usually easy...

  21. Re: Interesting video on bearings by a guy that rebuilds gearboxes.
