    Re: one less fortress

Doc was at Altus a couple of years ago. It is based out of Wichita I believe so coming to Oklahoma would just be a short jaunt. Of course, Fifi is based out of Ft. Worth so it isn't too far either.

    Re: Where's Waldo

"Beware approaching Cortez, Colorado on US491 (formerly US666, the Devil's highway) from the south or the north."

My dad knew a gal who owned a pretty nice AH 3000 that lived in Cortez.

I'm friends with and used to work with the guy that wrote this song, Phil Sampson. Pretty decent song, I believe it was T.G. Sheppard's only #1.

    Re: TR6 spotted

I was driving through the wildlife refuge one time about a year ago and saw a trio of young kids driving a TR3, I was very jealous of the young men.

    Re: It scratches my eyes

I'm cheap and come from, on my mother's side, a contracting family so I wind up doing most work myself. My house is sturdy but not always the most pleasant looking.

    Bas, I completely concur.

I think that using a more continental pronunciation for words like homage instead of our American pronunciation is more than just an attempt to sound more erudite since...
