    Rebuilding roadster windshield

Would like to know if there's any info out there, such as an old article, on how to replace all the rubber in a 6-cyl roadster windshield. I have all the parts from Moss.

    Re: BJ8 NGK spark plug

Checking NGK's site, evidently no difference. Both gapped at .031".

Can't go wrong with NGK BP6ES.

Re: Heater knobs wonít stay on...

Are these the same knobs, or new ones that might not fit?

If same knobs, use vise grips to pull the cables out and grip them in the open position. Then attach knobs.

    Re: Brake line fittings

Lin - 3/8-24 are the threads. Use Girling fittings for 3/16" brake line.

Federal Hill Trading is a great source of brake fitting info:

    Re: Heater Control Valve function

1 bar hose pressure is probably overwhelming the rubber diaphragm. Remember the system uses 7 psi - 1/2 bar.

    Re: Adjustable steering wheel removal

A rubber strap wrench can help. Holding the steering wheel, the collar undoes clockwise. Wouldn't use rust dissolver.

    Re: raising ride height

Because my original zinc interleaves shifted out from between the leaves, decided to replace them with tape.

Damping via friction between the leaves went out with Hartford shocks. See coil springs...

    Re: LED bulb/resistor wiring question

Michael, thank you for posting this video link. The above is with LEDs. You evidently still use a clear bulb if you're using incandescent.

    Re: LED bulb/resistor wiring question

If you have an incandescent bulb in the front turn light, wouldn't that give enough resistance in the circuit without adding a resistor?

    Re: LED bulb/resistor wiring question

Guessing it would be the brake/turn filament because it's supposed to give the flasher enough resistance to function.
