The sleeves in my 57 TR3 came out without any effort and the new ones slide in without any effort. Is this normal; seems there should be some resistance and seat well. They do not seem loose from...

    TR2/3/3A Re: Grease cap

Moss indicated the same as we all thought. One hub for all.
only conclusion is that PO installed hubs from another vehicle which has compatible bearings and lug pattern.

    TR2/3/3A Re: Grease cap

    TR2/3/3A Re: Grease cap

I have had excellent responses and assistance from TRF and Moss over the years. No reflection on either.
As to that, I believe the current problem is the loose nut behind the (steering) wheel -...

TR6 Re: High Compression in One Cylinder

Could just be that the #1 is carboned up due to running cooler as a normal condition than the other cylinders. All the fixes mentioned are good. Used to find a 'top end' oil to clean out old V8's;...

    TR2/3/3A Re: Grease cap

bought two from TRF. Both the same. Just ordered two from Moss; will check them out.
in dealing with AM parts it can be hit or miss. Don’t blame TRF just a miss

    TR2/3/3A Grease cap

This may be a dumb question but is there a trick to securing the grease cap on a TR3 rotor.
There is a hole in the center, assuming for a grease fitting but the cap is not designed to be secured....

TR2/3/3A Re: Front suspension / springs
