  1. TR2/3/3A » Re: The 3 Steering Wheel "Grub Screws" and the Control Head.

The grub screws are #10 x 32 thread. I used recessed allen-head screws that (iirc) were 1/2" long. You might want to run a 10-32 tap through the threads in the steering wheel hub just to clean them...

TR2/3/3A » Re: The Steering Wheel Nut

I used a flat distributor point file and a triangular file on the shaft threads. A small round file worked fine at removing most of the distortion on the threads inside the nut, though it's a crude...

TR2/3/3A » Re: The Steering Wheel Nut

This week, I just happened to be playing with the steering wheel nut on my TR2. The hex is indeed 1-5/16", and the thread is a weird one, at least in the USA. It seems to be from the "BSCY"...

Rimmer Brothers seems to have the upper bushing as well.
  6. TR2/3/3A » Re: Is there a Delrin bush available for the top of TR3 steering column instead of fe

Unfortunately, Revington uses Fedex (or similar) rapid delivery service for international shipping, and the cost is thus truly painful.

TR2/3/3A » Re: Wood dash & center console examples

TR2/3/3A » Re: Wood dash & center console examples

Here's a photo of a wood dash that I took 25 or 30 years ago at a show. Nice, straight grain wood, and not over-the-top ornate the way so many wood dashes are. Very understated and Morgan-like.
