    Just FWIW, I used a 6-blade fan from a 1973 or so Mercury Capri V6. It is essentially identical to the construction of the stock Healey 4-blade fan. Same rivet spacing and diameter.

    As long as the Zinc sheet has copper and titanium added, per EN988 spec.
    I measured the hardness of the original zinc and it was very hard. Pure zinc sheet is soft and will wear quickly and deform....
